Terms and conditions
1. SERVICE PROVIDED BY THE AGENCY
E&D Party help services operate and is part of the company name of E&D Cleaning Services. E&D Party help services hereby shall provide party help, catering and after party help services as requested by the client.
1.2. E&D Party help services will choose the best suitable method and help for your party. To be able to receive good service from our side you would need to inform us as best as possible the type of party that you wish to host, how many guests you wish to accommodate, and what budget do you want your party to be. Within 3 days you will receive a plan for the party and the specifications and suggestions from our side for the conduct of the party which if you sign and return to us will be regarded as you have engaged the agency for the party.
1.3  Should you wish you can request for one of our party specialists and organisers to visit you at desired for you location or at the location of the party to discuss the specifications free of charge.

2. PAYMENT
2.1. For booking a party help or catering services in advance at least 50% of the quotation must be paid in advance.
If you are ordering food and drinks from our menus, upon ordering we would require 80% payment when ordering the food and drinks, and after delivery the rest of 20% must be settled. Delivery of food and drinks is done on the day of the party. The drinks can be ordered to be delivered should you wish on an early date and must be specified by yourself. If you have not given specific instruction about delivery drinks will be delivered on the day of the party.
2.2. Upon completion the organization and/or delivery the remaining balance must be settled immediately before the organizers leave the property or party please for that particular organization.
2.3. Should payment need to be chased further additional expenses will be added for the trouble incurred in chasing the payment.
2.4. Bookings and quotations for which the property/ party location  was not inspected by an E&D party help Agency personnel the agency is not responsible for the waiters and waitress being less then required or that the organisation is not done to the required standard.

3. THE CLIENT'S OBLIGATIONS
3.1. The client must make sure for the confirmation of the date of the party and for the number of guests.
3.2. The client must ensure that there is available room for the personnel for changing and if there is food delivery for room suitable for the preparation of the food for serving.
3.3. The client must ensure that after the party there is a room available or place available to wash dishes and to acquire hot water if there is after party cleaning.
3.4. The client must make sure that the organisation of the party is done upto the client's requirements and the requirements and the party set up cannot be changed 24 hours before the party. If food and alcohol is ordered 48 hours before the party cannot be changed or cancelled.
3.5. If the client orders cook or assistant cook the client must provide appropriate fitted kitchen or room to be able to accommodate the requirements for the cooking. That includes the appropriate utensils.

4. OBLIGATIONS OF THE AGENCY
4.1. The agency is responsible to provide the services mentioned above.
4.2. The agency is responsible for the engagements it has taken and for the personal booked and for the organisation for the party once engaged to deliver for the agreed time, date and location arranged and agreed with the client beforehand. After the party the agency is responsible for extra charge to leave the premises in the desired manner by the client this would include to deliver cleaning personnel. Each individual worker is self-employed and carries their own responsibility for braking of furniture or other equipment and will make the necessary reimbursements to the agency and the client. Each agency sub-contract must have their own insures for the work conducted and personal insurance and as well public liability insurance for which a copy must be presented to the agency when requested. The insurance must in place at all times when working in the industry under the agency name.

EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
6.1 To the extent permitted by law, the Agency hereby excludes liability, for any loss or damage whatsoever, including breach of contract, breach of any statutory provisions or implied terms, and/or as a result of negligence of the Agency or its employees or agents as well as damage to items and property being worked upon.

7 TERMINATIONS

7.1. We reserve the right to amend the initial quotation, should the client's original requirements change.
7.2. All orders for party help or providing waiters/waitress must be minimum for 2 people and must be for at least 3 hours. The calculation of the party help or waiters required is calculated on the basis of the guests attending the party and the type of organisation being applied. The exact number of waiters and waitress is being specified in the order form.
7.3. Clients may cancel the scheduled party help at least 24 hours prior to the agreed start time. If there is food and drinks order it cannot be cancelled 48 before the party if that is done full charge for the order will be applied. Customer agrees to pay 50% of the quote as a cancellation fee if the customer cancels or changes the date/time less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Customer agrees to pay 50% of the quote as a cancellation fee in the event of a lock-out cased by our staff being turned away;
7.4. The agency cannot be held responsible for party help performance as well as we introduce sub-contracts that perform the duties and even though great care will be taken when doing the job no performance guarantee can be given.
7.5 It is the clients responsibility to reed these terms and conditions which are found on our website and given to client when being given a quote or an order. When a booking is made via telephone, website, fax or in person we will assume that the client has read understood and agreed to the terms and conditions regardless of whether hi was given a hard copy.
7.6 If any provision of this Agreement shall be found to be void, invalid or unenforceable, whether by a court of law, agreement of the parties or otherwise, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect notwithstanding any such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability but the provision in question will either be amended so as to make it valid, legal and enforceable or, in the event that this is not possible, deleted.
7.7 No delay or failure on the part of the Agency to exercise or enforce any rights or remedies pursuant to the terms of this Agreement shall constitute a waiver of such rights or operate to prejudice the exercise of any such rights at any time thereafter.
7.8 By ordering E & D Party help Services by telephone, e-mail, fax or through website(s) the customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
7.9 These terms and conditions shall be governed by the relevant United Kingdom law, and by agreeing to be bound by them the client agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts of the United Kingdom.
7.10 We reserve the right to make any changes to any part of these terms and conditions without giving any prior notice. Please check the website(s) for updates.
